How do I add a new question & answer?
To add a new FAQ follow these steps: Manage FAQs from your site dashboard, add a new question & answer, assign your FAQ to a category, then save and publish.
Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
Yes. To add media, enter the FAQ editor, select the question you'd like to enrich, click the media icon in the toolbar, and upload or link your file.
How do I edit or remove the "Frequently Asked Questions" title?
You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the FAQ app. If you'd rather hide it entirely, toggle the "Show title" option off.
